Offshore Madore Fishing Charters – Fall River, MA
 

1. Where do the charters depart from?
All trips depart from Fall River, Massachusetts. Specific dock address and parking details will be provided in your confirmation email after booking. We can do pickups from other ports upon requests but must be setup with us before hand. 

2. Do I need a fishing license?
Nope! All guests are covered under our commercial charter fishing license, so no individual license is required.

3. What should I bring on the trip?
We recommend bringing:
• Sunscreen and sunglasses
• Food, snacks, and drinks (cans are preferred for beverages)
• A hat and layered clothing
• A small cooler to take your catch home
• Motion sickness prevention – If you're prone to seasickness, we recommend taking Bonine or any over-the-counter motion sickness medication. Take one pill the night before your trip, and another the morning of the charter for best results.
We provide all fishing gear, bait, ice, and safety equipment.

4. Can we keep the fish we catch?
Yes! As long as the fish meet Massachusetts state regulations, you’re welcome to keep your catch. We’ll help clean and bag them for you.

5. What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll notify you in advance and either reschedule your trip or offer a full refund.

6. Is there a bathroom on board?
Yes, our vessel is equipped with a marine restroom for your comfort during longer trips.

7. How many people can come on a charter?
All trips are limited to 6 passengers maximum, per U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

8. What’s your cancellation policy?
cancellations will warrant a 10% within 7 days of the trip and deposit is lost within 3 days of the trip. If rescheduling is required due to customers reason please do so before 3 days prior. Only 1 rescheduling is at no cost with 3 days notice. 

9. Are children allowed on the boat?
Absolutely! Fishing charters can be a great family experience. We welcome children ages 5 and up with adult supervision.

10. What if I've never fished before
No experience? No problem! Our charters are beginner-friendly, and our captain and crew are happy to show you the ropes. We’ll guide you through everything—from casting and reeling to handling your catch—so you can enjoy the experience regardless of skill level.

11. Should I tip the captain and crew?
Gratuity is always appreciated! A 20% tip is standard for charter fishing trips if you had a great experience.

12. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available and make great gifts.
